We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is driven and charismatic, using their skills and experience to engage with our global partners to expedite conversions and onboarding.

As a Partnerships Manager you can expect to:

  • Drive deals at all stages of the sales funnel to successful completion

  • Manage existing accounts to improve client relationships and support

  • Build and improve sales nurturing processes

  • Engage in team sales calls and meetings

  • Manage aspects of our inbound marketing strategy (Hubspot marketing, blogs, etc.)

  • Carry out A/B tests on inbound and outbound marketing efforts

  • Travel to conferences and client sites to develop new and strengthen existing partnerships

We are looking for someone with these skills and attributes:

  • Experience with Hubspot and other sales and marketing tools

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, especially Word and Excel

  • Comfortable generating and reviewing PowerPoint decks

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Unafraid to ask questions and make suggestions to peers and managers

  • Self-motivated and able to deal with uncertainty and rejection

  • Able to carry out negotiations with the support of managers

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Com/M.Com or equivalent

  • Up to 3 years prior experience in sales or marketing or a similar client facing role

  • Experience applying analytical skills to business and organizational problems

  • Interest in travel and technology
