We are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable and has an interest in immersing themselves in the travel tech industry.

As a Partnerships Coordinator you can expect to:

  • Research and develop communications channels for potential clients

  • Execute on aspects of our inbound marketing strategy (Newsletters, blogs, etc.)

  • Carry out A/B tests on inbound and outbound marketing efforts

  • Assist with travel grant applications and claims

  • Conduct travel planning and booking for the sales team

  • Assist with expense report creation for the sales team

  • Other administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for someone with these skills and attributes:

  • Ability to just “figure things out” - if you aren’t stopped by the first roadblock you encounter, we’re looking for you

  • Proficient with Google Docs Suite, especially Docs and Sheets

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Unafraid to ask questions and make suggestions to peers and managers

  • Self-motivated and able to deal with uncertainty and rejection

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience with Hubspot and other sales and marketing tools

  • Proficient in GSuite/Microsoft Office or equivalent

  • Bachelors Degree, degrees with an analytical focus are preferred 

  • Experience applying analytical skills to business and organizational problems

  • Interest in travel and technology
